In a hypothetical case study, I wanted to work with a specific type of company. So, I created the brand promise and identity—everything from the logo and stationery to their website. Imperial Hotel is envisioned as a quiet, thoughtful place where guests can have a unique, inspiring experience and be recharged with positive energy for a long period of time.
Logo: In the visual idea for the logo, its symbol and type font brings to mind an ancient imperial Asian building. The concept harkens back to the traditional Chinese representation of architecture, which reflects a deep belief in cosmic harmony by utilizing Feng Shui and Taoism.
